Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 3 days of placing the order, and before digital access has been granted (e.g., before login credentials, downloadable files, or access tokens are sent to the user).
Once digital delivery is initiated, cancellation will not be possible.
If you have mistakenly placed an order or have not received access within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service within 3 days, and we will evaluate your request.
Refunds are generally not applicable for downloadable or access-based digital content once the content has been accessed or downloaded, except in cases of:
Non-functioning access links or login credentials that cannot be resolved within 48 hours.
Incorrect digital product delivered due to a technical error on our end.
Any refunds, if approved by MedPub Publications, will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
As we deal in digital products, there is no physical return applicable. However:
You may request a replacement or reissue of access credentials if the original delivery is faulty, expired, or inaccessible due to technical issues.
Such requests must be made within 8 days of purchase and are subject to internal verification and approval.
If the digital product was offered at a discounted or promotional rate, refund or exchange may not be applicable, unless the product is proven to be technically defective.
As all our offerings are digital products or services, there is no physical shipping involved.
Access to the digital product will be provided via email, download link, or platform login within 24 hours of successful payment, or as per the delivery terms stated at the time of purchase.
Delivery confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order.
Please ensure that your email address is correct and functional. MedPub Publications is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect email addresses or spam filtering by your email service provider.
Any delivery fees listed on the platform refer to digital access provisioning costs, and are non-refundable once access is delivered.
